Pharmacy Technician Certification in Missouri

According to Missouri pharmacy board, there is no requirement for a formal education to become pharmacy technician. However, an applicant stands a better chance to find a job if they have gone through a pharmacy technician training program. ExCPT program is optional too. All pharmacy technicians are required to register with the Missouri board of pharmacy before they can start working with a pharmacy. One also has to pass the criminal background check before they can apply for a job.
